Delete your Doggy account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for Doggy — Dog Monitor, published by Have a nice day e.U.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

Open the Doggy app.
Go to the Menu (top-left).
Tap Delete account.
Confirm in the dialog.

The account is closed right away: its e-mail address can no longer be used to sign in, and the links between the account and your camera devices are removed.

Option 2 — Request full erasure by email

If you cannot access the app, or you also want the recordings stored on our server and any remaining records erased, email us and we will complete the deletion within 30 days:

Please send from the email address registered in the app (or include your account email).

What happens to your data

Account email & sign-in	Closed immediately in the app; permanently deleted on email request
Camera ↔ account links (paired devices)	Permanently deleted immediately
Recordings (video / audio / snapshots)	Deletable any time in the app history; erased from our server on email request
Push / device identifiers	Erased on email request; stop being used once the account is closed
Diagnostic & crash logs (anonymized)	Auto-deleted within 90 days

What may be kept

Subscription and purchase records are managed by Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS) and are retained by those companies according to their policies; our association with your account is removed on deletion. We keep no additional personal data beyond what applicable law requires.
